SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Enleum provides a 30-Day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases made through the Enleum online store.
Should you be dissatisfied with our product at any time during the 30-day period, starting from the day item is received, send back your purchase in “like new” condition, and we will deduct a 5% restocking fee and a 5% non-refundable payment processing fee (such as PayPal or credit card).

The original shipping costs that we paid the shipping courier will be deducted from your refund on items purchased with free shipping that are returned for a refund.

Refunds on returned or canceled items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase, but in case there is  Once we receive and inspect the returned product we will credit your account. Please allow up to 10 days for a credit to appear on your account.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled prior to the shipment, but are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

EXCHANGES

In the rare event you receive an item that is not working properly, it’s important to contact us immediately by our support team at schae@enleum.com.
We’ll troubleshoot the problem with you and, provided the item is defective, we will immediately issue a return shipment label at no cost to you.  As soon as we receive and test the defective item here at Enleum, we will ship the replacement item to you at no cost.
If you didn’t get just the right item due to our mistake, simply purchase the gear you want and send back the item you don’t want for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase.
It is a must that the returned product is in “like new” condition.

CONDITIONS

In order to be considered as, “like new” condition, the product must be returned to us as closely as possible to how it was received.
It is mandatory to return any & all parts as well as packaging materials that were originally included with the product.
The product must be cosmetically and internally clean, absolutely free of surface scratches, and functioning perfectly as originally received.
If conditions are not met, Enleum reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of 20%.
We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any item purchased from us.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

Enleum reserves the right to refuse service at our sole discretion to anyone we deem to be operating in a manner contrary to good faith business practices or who we believe has been abusive of our Enleum return policy, service requirements, or Enleum staff in any way.
